The Foundation for Effective Leadership Program is our flagship program specially designed to fill this gap.

With awareness comes effective decision-making, a more inclusive leadership approach, and stronger receptiveness among team members. This program centers on an in-person, experiential practicum to develop essential leadership skills. Over 5 modules, the program is relevant, group-based, and face-to-face.
And therefore, it emphasizes building on your own experience, while also providing a support and learning network to help address challenges in real-time. The program is tailored to you, the individual participant, and creates deep awareness for emerging leaders.
