  • “Brian is knowledgeable and experienced enough that he's able to take his general message and customize it to each person in the group. I think the most potent part of the program is that information is presented in an interactive way and processed by a group of people who become peers and mentors for each other.”

    — PAULA Schaffer., PEOPLE & OPerations MANAGER, STRONGKEY

  • "NextGen Center helped me put structure, thought and clarity around my goals -- both professionally, as a financial advisor and personally, as a spouse and father. The course has helped me create a mindset with a long term arc of my business. What's the vision in five, ten or twenty years? How do I bring that back to today's world and do tactical elements to get there?"

-EVAN mccormick, founder & ceo, investor’s mosaic

  • "The Foundation for Effective Leadership program isn't just for entrepreneurs. It's for anybody looking to grow their career in a mindful way, with a strong vision and values that reflect you as a person and as a professional."

    — Jamie parlier, Real Estate broker, 501 realty

  • There are very few things in life that you can point to and say, "After doing this, I am different than when I started." And this program is one of those things."

    — Sarah Glova, Founder, reify media

  • “I would say that this is one of the most important long-term investments we have made as a company.”

    — Ryan Szwejbka, PRESIDENT, REUNION MARKETING

  • Maybe you have a creative project to share with the world

We’re a team of builders, coaches, and lifelong learners who believe leadership doesn’t have to be lonely—or rigid. We created the NextGen Community to offer something different: a space that feels real, energizing, and full of people who genuinely want to grow and support each other.

Our team brings decades of combined experience in leadership development, operations, and people strategy—but what matters most to us is creating a community that’s co-built with you. We’re here to hold space, offer structure, and make sure you always feel seen, supported, and challenged in the best way.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

  • Great question! It's imperative to us that we know we can support you in your specific goals and business growth. We want to make sure we're a fit for each other before we move forward.

  • Yes - we've seen that most clients benefit most from at least 3 months of working together to see real traction and results in their business. After six months, you can opt out at any time.

  • If you offer a service, there's a 95% chance you're a good fit. My client list includes coaches, creatives, freelancers, speakers, consultants, wedding planners, personal trainers, lawyers, and many more professional service providers. All have been able to scale with success. If you have any specific questions, email is at hello@theops-shop.com.

  • While there is no official limit, we find email coaching is most successful when a set of questions is sent weekly for our team to review and respond to as opposed to multiple one-off emails. This allows us to stay organized and respond promptly.

It’s time to take your leadership training to the next level.
