Lead in a Virtual World

In this highly interactive workshop, participants reflect, share ideas, build awareness, and learn the tools, tricks, and strategies to lead effectively in a virtual world. They also develop a personalized framework to lead virtually and put into practice immediately.

The Surprising Power of Questions

Questioning is a skill that often goes unnoticed and untaught — but has the ability to transform when learned and applied. Participants will learn and practice this skill during the workshop and shift the way they communicate.

Lead with Intent

Participants learn the mindsets and skills they need to lead more effectively. They then practice and apply the skills immediately with their teams, clients, and peers.

Goals

Participants reflect on their own process and relationship with goals. They learn the questions they can ask to better understand their relationship with their teammates and assess their motivation.

StrengthsFinder (Individual + Team)

Participants engage with the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment from the Gallup Organization. They build awareness about their talent themes, how they invest in those talents, and how those talents influence their leadership and are used as a source of strength.

Conflict Management

Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Management model as a framework, participants build awareness of their conflict management mode, and learn the models and tools to manage conflict more skillfully.

Decision-Making

Participants build awareness about their own process for making decisions. They learn about the tools and frameworks available to more effectively prioritize and understand their motivations in decisions. They then practice/apply the skills for themselves and with their teams.

Influence

Using the principles and frameworks from the books Influence as well as Made to Stick, participants build awareness of their approaches to influencing others, and learn new approaches to how they influence at work and beyond. They also learn about the broad definition of influence, and how it can be learned and practiced in different ways.

Team Development

Team understanding, and development is critical for building trust and effectiveness. We often show up at work with limited knowledge of each other’s journeys and tendencies. In this full day workshop, teams share their individual journeys to better inform how they want to operate. Team awareness-building is an effective first step towards growth and change. And
